It is a condition of entry into the Junior Open Agility World Championship that every exhibitor, contractor, sub-contractor, supplier and their agents comply with Health & Safety at Work etc Act, 1974 and all other legislation covering the venue. The exhibitor accepts that it is their legal and moral responsibility to ensure that their own and others health and safety is not put at risk by their action (or inactions) during Junior Open Agility World Championships 2023. Please refer to the Trade Stand Holders' Manual for further information regarding health and safety.
For companies with five or more employees: a copy of our own company’s health and safety policy will be made available at JOAWC and our stand staff will be sufficiently trained in matters relating to health and safety in order to carry out their tasks competently.*
Trade stand holders are allowed to arrive either on Tuesday from 2pm-5pm, or on Wednesday 9am-6:30pm. Please could you confirm which day you will be arriving.*

Hands-on treatments (massage, nails etc.) or other non-invasive hands-on treatments which require a minimum 35 days turnaround on any application for a temporary special treatment licence.*
Requirements where provision is made for closely seated audiences of more than 15 and less than 2,000 people.*
Items of special risk requiring specific approval e.g. motors vehicles, pharmaceuticals, flag poles, smoke effects, flammable oils, liquid and gas, compressed gas/acetylene/LPG, hot surfaces, radioactive substances, laser beams, fumes and smoke, work machinery including handheld electric or compressed air tools, water, water equipment, laser products, audiovisual displays and films.*

Whilst there are currently no specific restrictions currently in place, we agree to strictly adhere to any restrictions/measures that the government and/or the show organisers may introduce in advance of the event and these will be reflected in our show risk assessment.*
